Pricing and Options
Options can include coverage from the house, before travelling to the cemetary or church for the funeral service, through to coverage of events after the service, depending on what you prefer. Alternatively you can simply have a film of the funeral service, including recording any readings.
The video can be edited on the day if required, and can include music of your choice. It is possible to supply the finished film on DVD, USB stick, or via internet transfer. We can also offer a streaming option where family and friends can view the ceremony via Zoom. It is also possible to book professional photography if required.

Funeral Service Streaming – £300
A single wide angle camera is used to stream the funeral service via Zoom. The camera is positioned in the best available position to capture the service and tethered to a laptop which streams the film to friends and family across the world. We use either local wifi or a mobile hotspot (Vodafone or 3) to connect to the internet. If the streaming option fails due to technical issues, we upload the film as soon as possible after the funeral. In addition to the streamed film a simple 1 camera recording is made and supplied after the event for those that are unable to view the stream live.
Funeral Recording with Edited Film – £300
A typical package might include filming from the arrival of the hearse at the church or cemetery, followed by the funeral ceremony (usually filmed with 2 cameras). The film will be edited as soon as possible (usually same day) and viewable online.
You can add a streaming camera which allows relatives to view the ceremony live via Zoom for £100. If the streaming option fails due to technical issues (such as internet availability) we will refund the streaming cost.
FAQs
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in the Liverpool area but can travel further afield. For travel over one hour each way, a small additional charge may be required to cover the additional time and expense. This will be clearly set out before booking.
Is the Zoom stream recorded?
In addition to our streaming camera, a second camera is setup alongside to make a recording that is made available online after the event. This is a relatively simple recording and not the same as an Edited Film option (which usually includes 2 camera angles and additional filming such as outside the church/crematorium.
If you would like a full Edited Film as well as streaming this option costs £400 in total (see above).
Streaming or Edited Film, which is best?
This depends on your requirements, for allowing people to the funeral as it happens the streaming option is ideal. The Edited Film option however can cover more of the event such as the arrival of the hearse. This is the better option if you want a recording of the event to keep and watch again at a later time. The film will be recorded with multiple cameras allowing for a higher production value. It is possible to have both options combined for an additional £100.
